ABOUT THE FORUM
Uzbekistan's financial system is undergoing the most significant structural transformation in its post-independence history. The resources are real: a population that is 70% digitally connected, an open banking framework, a Presidential Decree committing to measurable targets, and Central Asia's first unicorn, Uzum, valued at USD 2.3 billion. Three forces are now converging to accelerate that transformation.

Policy, capital, technology and talent are accelerating simultaneously in Uzbekistan‚ but not yet as one. The Forum is the platform where all four converge, led by the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.
Uzbekistan has a USD 2.3 billion unicorn, measurable government targets, and a central bank mandated to lead. The Forum is how that story reaches the global investors and partners ready to act.
